Sabarmati Express Accident: Watch Big Updates Of The Hour | ABP News

A train accident occurred between Kanpur and Bhimsen stations in Uttar Pradesh. The Sabarmati Express, train number 19168, derailed in a block section between the two stations. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported from the scene of the accident. Buses have arrived at the site to transport passengers to Kanpur. The accident took place when the Sabarmati Express was en route from Kanpur. It derailed just a short distance away between Kanpur and Bhimsen stations. The loco pilot stated that initially, it appears that a boulder struck the engine, severely damaging and bending the engine's cattle guard, which led to the train's derailment.
