Russian President Putin calls Foreign Ministers of Armenia & Azerbaijan for peace talk

Russian President, Vladimir Putin has called the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold peace talks. The President has offered mediation in the clash between Armenia and Azerbaijan. 

The dispute started in Nagorno-Karabakh and it continues despite the pleas for a ceasefire from all over the world.
