Rubika Liyaquat questions Shalabh Mani Tripathi on how Vikas Dubey crossed UP border

Shalabh Mani Tripathi was speaking during the debate of Seedha Sawal. He said that the Uttar Pradesh government and police did a great job in capturing the culprit. Reacting to his statement, Rubika questioned that if the arrangements were done in the best manner then how come Vikas Dubey managed to escape Uttar Pradesh and cross the state border.
