Raman Singh at Shikhar Sammelan, says Cong govt has no vision

Raman Singh was speaking at Shikhar Sammelan of ABP News and he said that Congress government had no vision for Chhattisgarh. He added that the first year was wasted as the foundation was not formed by them. "People felt that this first year under Congress government was very long as there was no progress. Crime rate has also increased in the state," Raman Singh said
