Rajnath Singh to take part in SCO meeting at Moscow amid stand-off with China | ABP Reporter

India's Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh has left for Moscow, Russia to take part in meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This meeting is taking place at a time when there is a deadlock on the border between India and China, two key members of the SCO.

The defense minister's visit comes days after India withdrew from participating in a multilateral war exercise in Russia in which Chinese and Pakistani troops are also expected to take part
