Rajasthan News: Heavy rains lead to waterlogging in Jaipur, Watch Visuals | ABP News

On August 1, a deluge of heavy rainfall brought Jaipur, Rajasthan, to a standstill as severe waterlogging caused extensive traffic disruptions across the city. Major roads, particularly in the Nirman Nagar area, were gridlocked with commuters enduring prolonged delays due to overflowing drains and persistent water accumulation. The torrential downpour resulted in significant waterlogging at various locations, severely impacting daily commutes and normal activities. The maximum temperature in Jaipur reached 32°C, while the minimum temperature recorded was 27°C. In response to the intense weather conditions, an orange alert has been issued for Jaipur and surrounding districts, including Dausa and Sawai Madhopur. The alert warns of continued heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder, further exacerbating the challenges faced by residents and travelers in the region.
