Rain torments different parts of country, landslides in Uttarakhand

Heavy rain and monsoon have now started making lives miserable in different parts of the country. Due to incessant rain, the Ranjeet Sagar dam in Gujarat has been filled to capacity. As a result, the dam is overflowing leading to flood-like situations. Meanwhile, landslides have been reported in various areas of Uttarakhand which had led to obstruction in the transport system.
