Rahul, Priyanka Gandhi skip visiting Balrampur rape victim's family

The 22-year-old woman died after she was allegedly gang-raped in the district on September 29. On Tuesday, the victim, who was a second-year B. Com student had gone to a college in a nearby town to pay her fees. While Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi visited the Hathras victim’s family and consoled them, they did not visit the family of the Balrampur victim.
