Punjab govt distributing phones while failing to fight spurious liquor

Punjab CM assured of justice for the bereaved families and survivors in the case, in which at least 121 persons have died in three districts of Punjab. As many as 40 persons have so far been arrested. Punjab government is distributing smartphones to the students as part of the promises made but has failed to fight spurious liqour in the state.
