Promise to build a bridge in Bhagalpur unfulfilled since 2014

In this ground report, ABP News correspondent is present on a boat which is used by the people of seven villages for transportation. The residents revealed that Nitish Kumar had promised to build a bridge in the area in the year 2014 but the promise was not fulfilled till date.
