“People’s votes being registered to different party” Shashi Panja after SC rejects ballot paper plea

Trinamool Congress leader Shashi Panja commented over Supreme Court rejected all pleas for 100 percent EVM-VVPAT verification and said that the people of the entire nation are doubting that their vote is being registered to a different party and not who they voted for in EVM. “We went to the Election Commission with the same agenda, stating that this should be a level playing field. We should leave it to the Election Commission, to assure us of free and fair elections everywhere. Not just the people of Bengal but the people of the entire nation are doubting that their vote is being registered to a different party and not who they voted,” said Shashi Panja.
