OPD patient stuck in Delhi since February

A patient suffering from a pulmonary disease is unable to get further treatment since OPD is closed and he is stuck in Delhi since February. ''If hospitals open OPD and see patients obeying social distancing and other preacutions then other patients apart from Corona can also get treatment'', says a Bihar resident.
