Obscene Films Racket: If granted bail, Raj Kundra could influence the witnesses , says Mumbai Police

The Bombay High Court is currently hearing the plea of businessman and husband of Bollywood actress Raj Kundra is an alleged porn racket. Raj's lawyer Aabad Ponda has claimed that all the other suspects in the case are on bail since April, so Raj should also get a fair chance. Whereas on the other hand, Mumbai Police has said that Raj is a powerful man and with his high-profile contacts he can influence the witnesses.
