Notice issuance correct as MLAs flouted whip: Abhishek Singhvi in HC

Abhishek Manu Singhvi spoke in the High Court while representing Speaker of the assembly. He said that the sending out of the notices to the rebel MLAs was correct as all of them flouted the whip which was issued by the Congress party twice. He also added that the MLAs were speaking against the party line which was why the issuance of disqualification notice was correct.
