National flag, Republic Day insulted, says President Kovind on Red Fort incident

President Ram Nath Kovind was speaking at the parliament and commented on the Red Fort incident. He said, "The national flag and a holy day like the Republic Day were insulted in the past few days. The Constitution that provides us Freedom of Expression, is the same Constitution that teaches us that law & rules have to be followed seriously by everyone".
