An explosion occurred early this morning at a cement factory in Nagpur, Maharashtra, resulting in one fatality and six injuries. The incident took place at around 3 AM in the Junner village of Mouda Taluka in Nagpur district. The factory, operated by a private company named Shri Ji Block, specializes in producing large cement blocks. The blast was significant, causing substantial damage to the facility. Reports indicate that the explosion led to the complete destruction of the factory. The deceased worker has been identified as Nandakishor Karande. The six injured workers have been transported to Nagpur for medical treatment. The severity of the explosion and the resulting damage have raised concerns about safety protocols at industrial facilities. Authorities are investigating the cause of the blast and assessing the extent of the damage.
