Mumbai's most expensive real estate deal worth Rs 100 crore
Anurag Jain, the managing director of an auto part manufacturing and supplying company, bought two flats at Mumbai’s up-market Carmichael Road for a whopping 100 crore. The billionaire nephew of Rahul Bajaj, Anurag Jain bought two flats measuring 6,371 sq ft. The businessman paid Rs 1,56,961 per sq ft for the posh apartments at Carmichael Residences.
The buyer paid Rs 5 crore has stamp duty.
