Mumbai police to keep vigil, assure none violate Section 144 on December 31

The deadly Coronavirus has impacted the celebrations of the new year badly. Due to Covid and a new strain of the disease, the Mumbai administration has imposed Section 144 in the city for December 31. All those found partying on the last night of the year 2020 will have to face the music.
