ABP News is right outside the Banda jail as the gangster turned politician, Mukhtar Ansari, has returned to Uttar Pradesh. In this exclusive report, it is being told that Ansari is afraid and not at peace in barrack 16 of Banda jail. He seems to feel unsafe inside the jail premises as all facilities for him have been withdrawn.
