Mission Vande Bharat: Stranded Indians brought back from Sharjah to Lucknow

Another flight landed in Lucknow from UAE's Sharjah, as the Vande Bharat mission to bring Indians stranded abroad back home amid lockdown continues. A special plane of Air India brought back 182 Indians, including 2 children. These people will be kept in a quarantine center for 14 days and then allowed to go back home.

Under the Vande Bharat Mission, the Modi government plans to bring back 15000 Indians across 12 countries in 64 flights.
