On July 19, a global outage in Microsoft's cloud services disrupted key sectors, including flight operations, banking, financial services, and hospitals. In Mumbai and New Delhi, airline operations continue to be affected on the second day of the outage. A passenger traveling from Mumbai to Bengaluru reported that their flight was cancelled and they were not accommodated despite being provided with some services. "We have not slept the whole night," the passenger added, highlighting the ongoing impact of the disruption. The outage has caused widespread difficulties, affecting various critical services and leaving many stranded or inconvenienced.

Furthermore, according to several media reports, millions of Windows users globally experienced the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error, resulting in unexpected shutdowns and restarts. This issue has been associated with a recent update released by cybersecurity company CrowdStrike.
