Mathura: Massive crowd seen in 'Barsana Holi', people flout Covid rules

A large crowd gathered to celebrate Holi at Barsana in Mathura flouting Covid appropriate behaviours. Holi celebrations starts with Holika Dahan yesterday. But this year Holi will be celebrated with caution due to the ongoing pandemic. Many state governments have issued guidelines while many states have banned celebrating Holi in public places.
