Manipur Attack: Martyred Colonel's neighbors share his fond memories

The neighbors of Colonel who was martyred in Manipur attack while talking to ABP News shared many fond memories of Colonel. Five Assam Rifles personnel were martyred in an attack by militants in Manipur on Saturday. The commanding officer (CO) of the battalion, Viplav Tripathi, is also among the martyrs.
