Maharashtra cabinet expansion: KC Padvi repeats oath after flub

Congress leader Kagda Chandya Padvi was on stage when he committed a flub during the oath-taking ceremony which was held as a part of the long overdue cabinet expansion in Maharashtra. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari then asked him to repeat his oath. 
CM Uddhav Thackeray expanded his cabinet on Monday, after almost a month of his swearing-in.
