LS Polls 2024: 21 special polling stations set up in Jammu for Kashmiri migrants | ABP News
21 special polling stations have been set up in the Jammu district to enable Kashmiri migrants to cast their votes for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Kashmir. Over 1.13 lakh Kashmiri migrants are registered to vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for the Anantnag, Srinagar and Baramulla constituencies in the Kashmir Valley. "In Jammu we have 21 special polling stations which have been set up especially for migrants and one of these polling stations is in this school where we are standing and rather then that different places where the population of Kashmiri migrants is there like Jagti, Nagrota, Talab Tillo, Udheywala, Galiyan and Channi. We cover all these places and established polling stations for migrants." Says Dr Riyaz, Assistant Returning Officer
