Lok Sabha Elections: Why mention Mangalsutra after the first phase of elections, what is BJP's plan?

For the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the voting for the second phase is scheduled for April 26th. Political activities have already started stirring up as this battle is between the 80 versus 20. Recently, Prime Minister Modi made a statement regarding the mangalsutra. He said that if the opposition comes to power, they will distribute mangalsutras among Muslim women.
