Kanhaiya Kumar said that Congress will win 3 seats and AAP will win four seats in Delhi. Apart from this, on BJP's claim of crossing 400 Votes, Kanhaiya Kumar said that he is talking about the price of petrol. Not about the number of seats. During this, he also took a jibe at BJP candidate Manoj Tiwari.
