Lok Sabha Election 2024: 'BJP Makes Elections About Hindu-Muslim,' Owaisi Attacks BJP In Varanasi | ABP News

Asaduddin Owaisi criticised the BJP in Varanasi, accusing them of making the elections about Hindu-Muslim issues. Owaisi stated, "This is one of their strategies." Yesterday in Mirzapur, Owaisi said that BJP rule must be stopped and expressed his support for making someone else the Prime Minister.

He added, "In Uttar Pradesh, we are part of the PDM, and wherever there are PDM candidates, we are appealing for them. From the first phase to the seventh phase, Prime Minister Modi has made the election about Muslims. This is one of their strategies."

The seventh phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is yet to be held. Currently, Varanasi remains the hottest seat in the country, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi contesting for the third time. However, six candidates are running against him, including Congress state president Ajay Rai. Meanwhile, the two major parties in Uttar Pradesh, the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party, are still struggling for a win in this constituency.
