Lallan Vajpayee and Santosh Shukla's brother celebrate the encounter killing of Vikas dubey

While questions are being raised over the modus operandi of the encounter killing of Vikas Dubey by Uttar Pradesh police on outskirts of Delhi, those who felt the pain of his hooliganism and crimes are happy. Santosh Shukla, brother of BJP Minister Manoj Shukla who was killed allegedly by Dubey in 2001, said. "Everyone, whom he committed a crime against, is happy. It took 19 years for me to get justice. He could've been sent to jail then & families wouldn't have been destroyed." Lallan Vajpayee, allegedly attacked by Dubey in 2002 said, "It feels like we are finally free after ages. We have made arrangement for music and dance in the evening."
