Kinnaur Landslide: Death toll rises to 11, rescue operation underway
Eleven people have lost their lives in the Kinnaur landslide incident including a child and five women. As per the latest reports, 13 people have been rescued but many are feared trapped under debris and boulders. Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Jairam Ramesh, to take stock of the situation today around 10 am.
On Wednesday, a huge chunk of mountain in the Kinnaur area came sliding down. A bus, a truck, and few cars were hit by it.
