Keshav Prasad Maurya defends Meerut SP on ‘go to Pak’ remark
Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, on Sunday came out in the defense of Meerut SP over his controversial 'go to Pakistan' remark. He said that the SP City's statement was for those who rose Pakistan Zindabad slogans. “He did not say it for all Muslims but probably to those who were raising pro Pakistan slogans while pelting stones,” he said. "For those who hail Pakistan, such a remark is not wrong," he added.
