Kathua Terror Attack: Nation Mourns, Last Rites of Martyred Soldiers Conducted with Full Military Honours

The bodies of the five soldiers martyred in the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir were brought to Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun on Tuesday. Where many leaders including state Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal, Soldier Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi paid tribute to the martyred soldiers. After paying homage, the bodies of the soldiers were taken to their native villages, where they were cremated with full military honours. Let us inform that security forces tightened their cordon around a high altitude forest area in Doda district after an encounter with hidden terrorists on Tuesday evening. At the same time, special forces have been deployed, expanding the scope of the search operation for the terrorists responsible for the deadly attack on an army patrol in Kathua district of Jammu region. Officials have also involved NIA in the investigation of the attack. Five soldiers were martyred in the attack in Kathua, while five others were injured.
