Kanpur Accident: Ground Report reveals tempo carried passengers three times its capacity

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh's CM Yogi Adityanath expressed grief at the loss of lives in a road accident in Kanpur and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each for the family of the deceased.
