Kanhaiya Kumar Attacked: Video Goes Viral As Miscreant Slaps Congress Candidate While Campaigning

Congress candidate from North East Delhi, Kanhaiya Kumar, was attacked by a person on Friday (May 17) amid the Lok Sabha election campaigning, the video of which is going viral on social media. This incident took place in the office of Aam Aadmi Party, 4th Floor, Swami Subramaniam Bhawan. Kanhaiya Kumar had reached here to attend the meeting. That person first garlanded Kanhaiya Kumar and then slapped him.  In the video going viral, another youth can be heard saying, "Kanhaiya is going to be beaten." As soon as the young man became silent, a man in a black T-shirt slapped Kanhaiya Kumar on his face.  Within no time the crowd present there surrounded that person and beat him severely. The crowd present there made the person lie on the ground and started beating him with their feet. Kanhaiya Kumar's supporters accused Manoj Tiwari, the BJP candidate from North East Delhi, of this attack.
