Jitu Patwari tries to defend his sexist tweet

Speaking to ABP News, Congress MLA Jitu Patwari tried to defend the sexist tweet by saying that BJP is trying to move away from core sentiment of the tweet by twisting the words. Patwari had earlier tweeted, "People have been hoping for a son but what they got instead was five daughters. All of these daughters were born but a son, Vikas, hasn't been born yet." The tweet evoked sharp reaction from BJP.
