On Monday, a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) soldier was killed and another was injured when militants opened fire on security forces near the Maisuma Bridge region of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorists opened fire on CRPF forces in Maisuma, causing two jawans to be injured, according to officials. They were taken to the SMHS Hospital in a hurry. One of them, however, was certified dead upon arrival.
