The Delhi High Court on Monday ordered the Delhi Police to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board to present the suspected minor who was held in connection with the Jahangirpuri Hanuman Jayanti rioting (JJB). The habeas corpus petition filed by the alleged juvenile's sister-in-law was dismissed by a division bench consisting of Justice Siddarth Mridul and Justice Rajnish Bhatnagar, who stated that "it shall be open to parties to raise all legal and factual issues before the court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the law."
