Two people were reported injured after a mysterious blast occurred in a parked bus in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district on Wednesday, reported news agency PTI quoting its sources as saying. Another similar blast in a bus at the old bus stand took place in the district eight hours later. However, there was no damage in the second blast.
"Two IED blasts have taken place; one at 10:30pm last night & the other one at 6am, both in an empty bus. Both blasts have a certain similarity. It is likely that they are sticky bombs, but we cannot say that for sure," said Additional Director General of Police Jammu, Mukesh Singh.
