It has been claimed that sanitizer is flammable and hence one must not go near fire or stoves in order to remain safe. ABP News team went to Banaras Hindu Unversity's Professor KN Singh in order to know the truth behind it.
He said, "There is no denying the fact that sanitizer has alcohol content in it and as soon as you apply it on hands, it vapourises. So there is no possibility of catching fire."
