According to the new World Air Quality Report for 2021, New Delhi is the most polluted capital city in the world for the fourth year in a row. In an analysis of PM2.5 air pollution readings from air monitoring stations in 6,475 cities, the report showed that no country fulfilled the World Health Organization's (WHO) annual air quality criteria last year.
