Infant dies, woman alleges negligence on part of Sonbhadra hospital

In the visuals, a woman is seen wailing outside the district hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra. She is can be seen sitting helpless with her dead child in her arms. But nobody comes to her help.

The child was suffering from loose motions and the woman was trying to seek treatment from a local hospital. When the situation was out of their control, the local hospital referred the child to the district hospital. There the child succumbed to the disease. The mother is now alleging negligence.
