Hurry up! Covid vaccine online registration for 18+ to begin today

As India continues to reel under the lethal second wave of Coronavirus, the government is all set to roll out the extended vaccination drive across the country from May 1, for which the registration on the Co-Win app will start on April 28. 

All those above 18 years of age are now eligible to get themselves registered for Covid-19 vaccination CoWIN platform and Aarogya Setu App from April 28 midnight. While making the announcement, the Union Health Ministry said that registration can also be done at cowin.gov.in. 

However, the young generation might have to wait for a while as several states have claimed that the Serum Institute of India (SII) has promised them to supply Covishield vaccines only after May 15.
