How Indian army's 'Tour of duty' concept will bring change in the society? | Parivartan

Indian army has come up with a proposal of 'Tour of duty' in which citizens will be allowed to enter the army for three years. They can extend their services to the Indian army temporarily for three years. It is more or less like an army internship.
