Honour Killing Case: 'I will not let my in-laws suffer after Raju's demise' | Sultana

The man was killed in an attack on an interfaith couple at a busy crossroads in Hyderabad on Wednesday night. Two members of the woman's family have been arrested, but her brother and brother-in-law, who are accused of carrying out the attack, are still at large. B Nagaraju, 25, and his wife Ashrin Sultana, 23, were riding a motorcycle outside Mandal Revenue Office in Saroornagar, Hyderabad, when they were beaten with an iron rod by two individuals, purportedly her relatives. As the pair collapsed, the assailants pulled out a knife and stabbed Nagaraju many times, killing him. Passers-by brought his wife Ashrin to the hospital, where she is apparently stable.
