Hindu refugee from Pakistan barred from appearing for class 12th exam
Dami Kohli, a Pakistani Hindu refugee, has allegedly been denied to sit for the 12th board exams by Ajmer board. Just before the final exams, Ajmer Board has sent a notice to her saying that she has been denied to appear for exams. Dami, who came to India from Sindh in Pakistan a few years ago fleeing religious persecution, completed her 10th from Pakistan.
She said that a notice was sent to her despite submitting migration certificate and her 11th pass certificate.
