High Alert in Sirsa, Haryana Amid Dispute Over Dera Mukhi's Successor | ABP News

Fears of unrest in Sirsa, Haryana, have prompted the administration to shut down internet and messaging services following the death of Dera Mukhi. In Sirsa district, the Nayab Singh Saini government has suspended mobile internet and messaging services, citing security concerns. The Haryana government order stated that there is a likelihood of tension, agitation, damage to public and private property, and disturbance of public peace and harmony in the Sirsa district.

Recently, Dera Jagmalwali chief Sant Bahadur Chand Vakil Saheb passed away, leading to a dispute over the Gurugaddi in Dera Jagmalwali. The controversy began when the body of Sant Bahadur Chand Vakil Saheb arrived at Dera Jagmalwali. Today is the last areas for Maharaj Vakil Saheb, and the ritual of turban-tying will take place.
