Hathtas Case: UP files affidavit in Supreme court

Uttar Pradesh government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme court that the CBI probe should be conducted under the surveillance of SC. 
The state government also urged the apex court to direct for a CBI probe into the case, claiming that "vested interests" were attempting to ascribe motives to vitiate a fair probe.
