Hathras Stampede: Chandrashekhar Azad Calls for 1 Crore Compensation to Affected Families

Hathras Stampede: In the case of the Hathras tragedy, the SIT had submitted its investigation report to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath last Friday. The report included statements from 100 individuals. Based on this report, action has been taken against the DM and the CO. The government has suspended both officials.

Six more officers, including the DM and CO, have been suspended. This action was taken following the SIT's report. Meanwhile, the investigation into the incident is ongoing under the leadership of the ADG Agra and Commissioners of Aligarh. After the incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had directed a high-level investigation into the matter and had also formed a committee for this purpose.
