Exclusive: Did Congress sign MoUs to benefit China?

ABP News has accessed nine documents which prove that Congress party may have tried to benefit China on the economic front during UPA 1 and UPA 2 government. The documents reveal that Rahul Gandhi during his 2008 trip to China signed MoUs with the Communist Party of China after which several economic concessions were given to China. India also agreed to enter the RCEP agreement which might prove to be catastrophic for domestic Indian market.
