The Lok Sabha witnessed protests by the opposition which sought a discussion on the Lakhimpur Kheri incident of October 3 in which four farmers were mowed down by a vehicle that was part of the convoy of Union minister of state for home Ajay Mishra ‘Teni’. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi along with other opposition party leaders demanded his resignation.
